The RV-specific photovoltaic charging system integrates photovoltaic power generation with RV outdoor travel. During self-driving tours, RVs often face difficulties in accessing power for daily outdoor electricity use and can only rely on their on-board energy storage batteries. To maintain sufficient battery capacity, almost all RVs are equipped with an additional solar power supply system, in addition to the two original charging methods: the front-mounted generator charging and grid power charging. Solar power generation offers distinct outdoor advantages:

Customized Passivation & Electrode Optimization for Non-Standard TOPCon Modules

Building on advanced technologies from industry leaders, our technical team has independently optimized core TOPCon technologies to break through the limitations of standardized products and better serve non-standard customized demands. We focus on precisely matching technology to actual product requirements.
First, we carry out customized passivation process optimization. For non-standard panels of different sizes and power levels, we adjust the thickness and composition of the passivation layer. In small-sized cells, increased passivation layer thickness improves carrier passivation effects and compensates for short carrier transport distances. In high-power non-standard panels, optimized passivation layer composition enhances carrier transport efficiency and ensures stable cell performance. Our self-developed low-temperature passivation technology also adapts to various silicon wafers and packaging materials, reducing thermal damage and improving production yield.
Second, we provide personalized electrode structure design. According to irregular dimensions and power targets, we customize gridline spacing, width, quantity and layout. For special-shaped panels, irregular grid designs are used to fit complex structures while maintaining conductivity. For low-power modules, finer gridlines reduce shading loss and improve light absorption. We also offer flexible electrode material options, including silver-copper and copper paste electrodes, to balance performance and cost for global clients.
